Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation will be permitted only until the products have been dispatched from the EyeShoper warehouse. After dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.
2. We do not allow partial order cancellations. No refund will be given in case of partial order cancellation/refund.
Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy
In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and EyeShoper will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases
If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and also returning/cancelling the same; In this event, EyeShoper reserves the right to charge the User an adequate return/cancellation fee (which may also be the entire order amount), if similar fees are borne by EyeShoper.
Refund and Return Policy
The Company provides you with the opportunity to return, refund or exchange product purchases on the EyeShoper website. If you fulfil the following criteria
1. Requests for return, exchange or refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of products through our website.
2. You have to mention the order number, date of order and date of receipt.
3. The Price tag and Invoice must be intact and sent back without any damages/tampered. In the absence of Invoice, the product cannot be returned/Exchanged/Refund.
4. After the return request, customers need to pack the complete product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and send back without any damage/tampering which is not returnable and it is ready to pick up.
5. Make sure the return package must be properly sealed and do not opened/tampered. If the product is found damaged in any way, it will not be not be considered forreturn/Exchanged/ Refund purpose.
6. After pickup, our QC team will verify that the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Also, all the goods have been sent back. EyeShoper may refuse a refund to the customer if the product is found to be damaged or in a used condition or is missing any accessories.
7. Normally The complete process of refund/return takes about 15-20 working days. This includes pickup, quality inspection, confirmation and refund intimation.
